Playlist: Beach & Summer

It's Memorial Day weekend, the unofficial start of summer. YAY!!  Many will be at the beach this holiday weekend, but even if you can't make it to the sun, sand and surf yourself, you can get into a summer mood with the right tunes (and the right amount of alcohol in your margarita).

Summer Music Festivals 2010

While a couple of the big ones have already passed this spring (Coachella in April, SXSW in March, etc), there are still a boatload of great festivals to look forward to for the summer. Pack your suitcase, plan your vacation days and get your passes early.  I may very well be making a trip to Chicago for Lolla this year.

**Sad news: The All Points West Festival is NOT happening this summer. For those of us who enjoyed the rainy mud-fest that was last year’s festival, we can only hope for its rebirth in 2011.**
